Offsite Login Instructions
Step 1: Visit https://vpn.utexas.edu
Step 2: Enter your UT EID and password
- If you do not already have DUO, you'll have to install the app on your mobile device or choose the "Call Me" option to get a code for authentication.
- Once this process is complete, you'll advance to the next step in which you'll be prompted to download and install the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility VPN Client.
- Once completed, you'll be able to connect to the UT network via the newly installed Cisco client application.
Step 3: Go to our UT HERD page and use the login link there to get to the web app.
- If these instructions do not work, you will have to remote log in to your desktop to open the page. Please contact TRecs for further assistance.
